Bradley Harbeck

As Director of Future Noise, Bradley works closely alongside Catie to guide the organisation’s vision and oversee the delivery of programs including the Tasmanian Rock Challenge. He is passionate about helping young artists build confidence, collaboration skills and a genuine connection to live music both on and off the stage. Brad plays a key role in ensuring every program is grounded, well-run and centred on the young people it exists for.

catie mulvaney

A proud late bloomer to the music scene, Catie began her creative journey in her 30s and is deeply passionate about championing the next generation of performers. As Director of Future Noise, she works alongside Brad to lead the organisation’s vision, programs and commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for young artists across Tasmania.

Ethan has been part of the Tasmanian music scene for years, with experience both on stage as a performer and behind the sound desk. He knows what it takes to make live music shine from every angle. With a calm, capable presence and serious audio expertise, Ethan ensures every performance sounds just right — from crisp vocals to punchy instruments. He’s the quiet force making sure every mic, mix and moment hits perfectly, so the artists can focus on doing what they do best.

Justin, or ‘JB’ as he’s known, keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With recent experience on the road as a drum tech for touring bands, he knows exactly what it takes to get performers ready to shine.

From setting up gear to making sure every act is confident and prepared, Justin is the calm, reliable presence that keeps every show on track — and the first friendly face you’ll meet before hitting the stage.
